Ingredients

  • Vegan Fish Filet with seaweed skin

  • Bed of grilled veggie ‘tagliatelle’ 

  • Garnish of choice

  • Side salad (optional)

Preparation:

  • In the frying pan 
    Brown the fillet all around in a generous amount of oil or vegetable butter for 8-10 minutes.
  • In the oven
    Bake for 15-18 minutes at 220°C (convection: 200°C). Preferably use 10% steam.
  • In the Airfryer
    12-15 minutes at 180°C. Turn halfway for an even result.

Fish filet à la carte

Ingrediënten

  • Lettuce by choice
  • Vegetables and garnishes
  • Side salad of choice (optional)

Preparation

  • In the pan (recommended)
    For best results: fry until brown on all sides for 6-8 minutes in a frying pan with plenty of oil or plant-based butter/margarine.
  • Frying
    Deep-fry for 2–4 minutes in vegetable frying fat at 180 °C.
  • In the oven
    bake for 13–15 minutes at 220 °C (convection oven: 200 °C). Preferably with 10% steam.
  • In the Air fryer
    bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C. Don’t forget to turn them regularly.
