Preparation:
- In the frying pan
Brown the fillet all around in a generous amount of oil or vegetable butter for 8-10 minutes. - In the oven
Bake for 15-18 minutes at 220°C (convection: 200°C). Preferably use 10% steam. - In the Airfryer
12-15 minutes at 180°C. Turn halfway for an even result.
