Ingredients

  • Vegan Shrimp Croquette

  • Any sauce, dip, spread or other tasty creamy condiment you like!

Preparation:

  • Frying
    Deep-fry for 2–4 minutes in vegetable frying fat at 180 °C.
  • In the oven
    Bake for 15-18 minutes at 220°C (convection: 200°C). Preferably use 10% steam.
  • In the Airfryer
    12-15 minutes at 180°C. Turn halfway for an even result.

Finger Food Vegan Shrimp Croquettes

Our Vegan Shrimp Croquette combines a classic roux – made from plant-based butter and flour in this plant-based croquette version – with a surprising twist: small pieces of pink rice that imitate the perfect shrimp texture.

Serve them hot and crispy, straight from the deep-fryer, air-fryer or oven. Upgrade them? Serve with a dipper of your desire! Remoulade sauce, spicy arrabiata dip, or an oldschool mustard-mayo sauce.
