Vegan Shrimp Croquette Bun

Ingredients

  • Vegan Shrimp Croquette

  • Your favorite bun, soft or crunchy

  • Vegan butter or vegan mayo

  • Crisp cucumber or other cut veggies

Preparation:

  • Frying
    Deep-fry for 2–4 minutes in vegetable frying fat at 180 °C.
  • In the oven
    Bake for 15-18 minutes at 220°C (convection: 200°C). Preferably use 10% steam.
  • In the Airfryer
    12-15 minutes at 180°C. Turn halfway for an even result.
