 Shrimp salad



  • In the pan (recommended)
    For best results: fry until brown on all sides for 6-8 minutes in a frying pan with plenty of oil or plant-based butter/margarine.
  • Frying
    Deep-fry for 2–4 minutes in vegetable frying fat at 180 °C.
  • In the oven
    bake for 13–15 minutes at 220 °C (convection oven: 200 °C). Preferably with 10% steam.
  • In the Air fryer
    bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C. Don’t forget to turn them regularly.

Swimming amongst the fresh green waves of various lettuce types, mixed with sliced pickles and creamy avocado, finished with an exciting dressing, the shrimps fit their crunchy title of honour well. The Vegan Fisherman Shrimps make a golden combo with a freshly cut and colourful rainbow salad. They, too, are the healthy, nutrition-rich component that completes every filling meal salad. Fish need to swim, so why not in an ocean full of veggies?
